This was probably my first time really experiencing all of what New York City has to offer me shopping wise...I shopped everywhere from Century 21, to Topshop, to the street vendors in the Village all the while loving every minute of it...What do you all think??

I met some old friends for lunch at Copper Canyon on Saturday. I was wearing sandals and no trench at the time, but had to change later in the day due to the rain. I hate wearing jackets and boots in the spring/summer :-(.

All of the stress of schoolwork and the job hunt hasn't been putting me in the best of moods lately...but taking a break from the monotonous weekly habits to find an adventure usually does. I will report back on what I find!

I always miss my room when I'm away at school. Don't get me wrong, I love my apartment and my roommates, but there is something about home that has a certain comfort that my apartment just doesn't provide. It feels good to be with my family for the Easter weekend and I'm hoping I can get some shopping out of my parents while I'm here too. Yes, I know ulterior motives for personal gain aren't too honorable, but why not do it for the name of fashion?

3 days of straight rain later...the sun has finally returned and i'm more than excited that the week of weather ahead is straight 70s :-).

My senior ball is the week after next, and though I have a gorgeous dress I have nothing else to go with it. How should I wear my hair? What shoes? Clutch? Earrings? ::sigh:: I'm headed home for the Easter weekend and will hopefully find the accessories I need so desperately.

Another day, another class right? I had some extra time while getting ready this morning and attempted the whole socks with heels look. . . I must say I'm a big fan. If my plans weren't to trot allover campus today I would have gladly worn them out, but the bad weather nor the walk to class would allow, so boots it is!

It's been months since my friends and I have had a Sunday dinner. What used to be a weekly tradition has turned into a rare holiday type of occasion, but this week is a call for celebration because I'm welcoming my friend Dani to the blogging world! After months of nagging and convincing, I was glad to find that my efforts hadn't gone unnoticed. Her constant supply of delicious home cooked meals is what most college students dream of, especially considering the cafeteria food on campus (yuck!), so why not blog about it? It's finally getting warm out and I'll take almost any opportunity to wear my legs out. I did get a few awkward stares while walking to class today, but for all they know I'm a hot-blooded werewolf (I'm currently reading New Moon), and they never get cold!

I'm still on the search for the perfect oxfords, I found some at Steve Madden that I'm pretty much sold on but not quite 100%. What do you all think?

I spent the day shopping after my classes on Tuesday. My friend needed a few more swim suits for Miami and I bought a pair of sandals from Marshalls for only $10 and a carry on for the plane ride. It was definitely a good day :-).

I'm beginning to think it's birthday season, every time I look up there's another gathering, dinner, or party. Anyway, college is all about parties I guess, so bring it on. I wore this to a small something for a friends birthday get together. I don't usually party on Tuesdays but I must say I had a good, no, great time. Happy Tuesday!

Had another typical night out with the girls, this time at a bar downtown. It was a well needed relaxing night out compared to some previous crazy nights this weekend.

I'm considering bleaching this skirt. . . I saw an adorable light washed denim one from UO that I'm going to attempt to mock (below). Will post it shortly!
