In These Streets

It's been a few weeks since I've posted, forgive me. The stresses of school, applying for after grad jobs, and partying 4 times a week can be a bit time consuming. I helped my friend out with a project for her costume and design class about style on our campus and these are a few of my favorites. Enjoy!

Night at the Rodeo

Sweater: Old Navy; Denim button down: thrift; skirt: H&M; tights: old, DIY runs; Tan riding boots: UO; earrings, rings, bracelet: F21; Polish: Sally Hansen-Cinnamon

I went mechanical bull riding over the weekend and I didn't last longer than 30 seconds but it was entertaining nonetheless. I hope everyone had as good a weekend as I did!

Snow Day Must Haves

Though I wouldn't suggest going out in the snow, if you must, looking good can't be forgotten, oh, and don't forget to stay as warm as possible, of course.

Snow day must haves
Collarless Faux Fur Coat, Topshop.com $170
Gap Holiday Cable Tights, Asos.com, $14
Natural Faux Fur Trapper, Debenhams.com, $26
Asos Clive Leather Studded Worker Boot, Asos.com, $136
Oversized Wool Sweater with Silk Back, Brownfashion.com, $$291
Leather Covered Stud Gloves, Topshop.com, $36

I saw this faux fur hat (similar to the one above) in H&M last weekend and am literally kicking myself for not buying it because it's all I've been thinking about and it's definitely a must have for the cold/snow. I guess I'll add it to my Christmas list. Bundle up everyone!

Let It Snow, Let It Snow, Let It Snow

I'm FINALLY home for winter break and I get snowed in... I'm not complaining though, it's just another reason of many for me to put off Christmas shopping. The snow is beautiful and I'm using this as an excuse to lounge all day in front of the fireplace with my family, tons of good reads, blogging, and soy chai latte's. :-)
